Our Packing Process



Step 1 : We pick the product(s) from our inventory according to your online order.


Step 2 : We choose the appropriate carton box, and add sufficient cushion material inside the carton box.


Step 3 : We then place the product(s) onto the cushion material.


Step 4 : We then seal the carton box, fill-out the shipping information slip and ready to ship out!


Shipping fees are calculated based on a number of factors including the weight of the items you are purchasing and the destination country/region. Customers can check the shipping fee in their shopping cart by choosing their relevant shipping location.

We offer competitive shipping rates to anywhere in the world by Hong Kong Post Airmail. Standard Shipping (International Post) delivery is 2-3 weeks after handling.

Pictures of Products on this site may not correspond exactly to the product description. In such case the written description of the Product is relied upon. The Customer shall not be entitled to return a Product on the basis that it does not correspond exactly to its on-line picture.

UML Hobby Online shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled, and it shall deal with any discrepancies in the following manner, provided they are reported within three days of delivery via e-mail at umlonline@universal-models.com.

a. If any Product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, omitted in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, UML Hobby Online shall either refund to the Customer the Price of that Product, or replace the Product. Customers must notify umlonline@universal-models.com within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery.

b. If any Product that was not included in the Customer's order is delivered to the Customer by mistake, UML Hobby Online reserves the right to collect the wrong Product so delivered.

c. If the Customer has been charged for a Product that has not been delivered, UML Hobby Online shall refund to the Customer the Price of that Product as originally charged to the Customer.

d. If a Customer is charged more than the Price of a Product, UML Hobby Online shall refund to the Customer the difference.

e. UML Hobby Online will not refund or exchange goods or rectify discrepancies if notified more than 7 days after delivery.

UML Hobby Online's liability to any Product delivered is limited to refund or replacement specified above. All other remedies are excluded.

Refunds shall be credited, at UML Hobby Online's discretion, to the Customer's credit card account as supplied in the registration form or in the form of PayPal account.

Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to the Customer in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
